Do I have to make a reservation?

Yes. The reason we ask you to make a reservation is because we have limited parking and to keep your sizes small so everyone has a chance to see the reindeer and Santa.

What is available on the tour?

You’ll get to meet and learn about reindeer, meet Santa, and shop in the Holiday Barn! We have also set up plenty of photo opportunities in Santa’s sleigh, with Santa and elsewhere. And, due to popular demand from past visitors, kids can even feed the Christmas chickens.

How should I dress?

The reindeer are outside, and while we do our best to keep the holiday barn warm, it is still a barn. Dress warmly on cold days. Some families dress up to take pictures for their Christmas cards! 

Can I feed the reindeer?

If they’re hungry! We will provide treats for you to offer them. 

I made an appointment online but I was unable to add enough tickets for my family. What do I do?

Our ticketing system automatically caps after we hit our limit, but we leave space for a few more. Contact us via Facebook messenger or at reindeerridgerentals@gmail.com with the name on your reservation and how many you wish to add and we would be happy to assist you!

  1. We would love to schedule a private visit with your reindeer. But can we bring our small, well behaved Yorkie 7lb dog? He is very mild manner. I really would love to have a photo op with him and your reindeer. Is this possible? We live in South Bend, IN and would love to drive down when it’s convenient for you.
